You can Unlearn That

Have you heard…you CAN teach an old dog new tricks! 🐶 Thanks to Neuroplasticity we now know that we can learn and unlearn until the day we die! 

This Spark of Wisdom is where we go after we’ve mastered It Works till it Doesn’t. Now that we know what’s not working, what do we do? You guessed it, more curiosity! 😁 We get to explore where the beliefs came from. Often they are layers of familial and cultural conditioning that helped us maintain essential connection. Now, we get to explore what we have been taught and consider unlearning the things that no longer fit. Investigate…talk to people with different ideas, collect data and lean into what feels true for you in your body rather than defaulting to the things you were taught. Remember people used to think the world was flat 🌎 and that marriage had something to do with gender. 🤣 We can all update our software by knowing You Can Unlearn That!
