about
Unfiltered Therapists Presents: Sparks of Wisdom Deep Dive Series.
Session 1: Notice That: This Spark of Wisdom sounds simple, but it can be really challenging! Notice That is about cultivating our superpower of awareness and learning how to tune into our bodies
Have you ever been asked what you are noticing in your body, and the answer is “huh?”. Are you someone who would say you have a hard time connecting with your body? Or, on the flip side, does it feel like your body is screaming at you and you don’t know what to do with that? (#helloanxiety). This session will take a deeper dive into the Spark of Wisdom “Notice That”, with the Unfiltered Therapists leading you through an exercise that supports you in learning how to tune into your body and start to listen to what it is telling you.
Join the Unfiltered Therapists community for an interactive session around the Spark of Wisdom “Notice That” and learn tools on how to practice connecting with our bodies. Because growth and change begin with awareness. When we bring our attention and curiosity to something that invites awareness, we can change our relationship with the thing. We can be more honest with ourselves and others about what we want or need and we can move from reacting to responding. And all that adulting starts with Notice That. 😎
